Driver & Ball Fitting with Vector Launch Monitor

Club fitting plays a major role in what we believe is one of the “Golf Essentials” I have seen hundreds of golfers who have picked up over fifteen yards by getting a correct fitted driver and play with the best golf ball for their game!

The Synchronized Golf Academy is one of the only places in Arkansas offering club and ball fitting using the Vector Launch System outside on the range in real golf situations. Not hitting into a net. How can you get properly fitted for clubs without seeing the ball flight? You can’t!

This is the newest technology available and measures ball flight, ball speed, launch angle, spin rate. Using ball flight data, a golfer can be fit into a golf club that optimizes distance. This is by far the most sophisticated and efficient way to get a driver that will truly improve your game.

The spin rate is how much backspin you put on the ball. Factors that affect spin rate are:

  • Clubs angle of approach into the ball
  • Shaft Flex & Weight
  • Loft   Putter Fitting

Putter Fitting

Your putter is the single club in your bag that is responsible for almost half your score. It is the most valuable club in your bag. It is very common for people to spend upwards of $2500 to get to the green and then settle for a putter off the shelf, or worse yet, an improperly fit putter.

Quotes on Custom Fitting

“The value of having something custom fit is that it is custom fit to you. You don’t want to have your swing or body adjust to the golf club. That is probably the worst thing you could have happen. You ingrain so many bad habits that way. The best way to start off with any set of golf clubs is to have them built for your size and your height. That’s the easiest thing to control is to make sure your equipment is correct for you.”

- Tiger Woods

To improve your game not only involves improving your swing and your golf specific fitness, but also selecting and playing with the right equipment for your unique swing and skill level. Unfortunately, most golfers still play with ill-fit equipment straight off the rack. Rather than fitting their equipment to complement your game, you make set-up and swing adjustments to accommodate ill fitted equipment.  As results you form bad habits and make it impossible to play to your potential.

“We believe your golf swing, properly fitted equipment and even the right ball are all Essentials of you playing your best and reach your full potential.”
